THE 90-DAY PROGRAM

Proof of Concept

Ninety days to answer the whole question, not one decision. Three phases — why, what, how. You leave with a written plan and a first step already taken, because plans are easy and motion is the deliverable.

WHAT IT COSTS TO WAIT

Nothing about this sets a deadline. That's the expensive part.

No crisis is coming. One would have moved you years ago. Instead the question rolls forward, quarter after quarter, and nothing outside you will ever make you answer it.

The reasons to stay keep improving. The comp, the vesting, the seniority you would have to rebuild somewhere else. Every year adds another one. Nothing about the job improves at the same rate.

The move gets costlier, not easier. The move you make later is the same move, with less time left for it to work. Waiting buys you fewer options and a higher price to leave.

01 / THE THREE PHASES

Why, what, how. In that order, for a reason.

Sessions 1–4 · WHY

What is actually driving you

We replace impressions with data before going anywhere near options.

  • Intake, and an honest accounting of what staying is already costing you
  • Values, audited against how present they actually are in your week
  • VIA Character Strengths survey and debrief
  • A three-week energy audit, then Ikigai fed with real data rather than guesses
Sessions 5–8 · WHAT

What is viable for you

Reality gets a vote before you commit to anything.

  • The Odyssey Plan: three parallel five-year versions of your life
  • Mind mapping to expand each thread, then narrowing to one to three candidate paths
  • Cheap experiments designed with you: informational interviews, shadowing, a small project
  • Debrief what reality said, then commit or design round two
Sessions 9–12 · HOW

The path, in dates

Tactics, tailored to you. It ends in motion, not intention.

  • Transferable skills mapped onto the direction you chose
  • The Inner Guide exercise — a decision tool you keep using after coaching ends
  • Your Board of Directors named, with the first ask already made
  • The Personal Path Plan drafted, and move one executed before we finish

Twelve sessions, with room to spend an extra week in experimentation if you need it. Prototyping is the step most likely to run long, because you can't control how fast people reply to an interview request. The structure holds; the calendar flexes.

CAPSTONE DELIVERABLE

The Personal Path Plan

One page, co-created in the final sessions. It answers a single question: what does Monday look like?

  • 01 The destination, in one sentence
  • 02 The first three moves, each with a date
  • 03 Your transferable skills, matched to the new direction
  • 04 A Board of Directors, named, first ask made, reporting cadence agreed
  • 05 One contingency: if this fizzles, I pivot to that
  • 06 First step taken, not planned
02 / WHAT'S INCLUDED

The hour a week is the smallest part.

Twelve weekly private sessions. One to one, video, agenda set by where you actually are that week.

In-session exercises and homework between them. The energy audit starts at session one, because it needs a few weeks of logging to be worth anything.

Short prompts between sessions. Delivered mid-week to keep momentum when the work goes quiet.

A client portal. Every artifact, session summary and optional recording in one place, yours to keep.

A check-in call 30 days after we finish. A deadline to act against, and a chance to troubleshoot the plan in the wild.

03 / AFTER THE 90 DAYS

The accountability doesn't leave with me.

Weekly progress reports hand off from me to your Board of Directors, so the structure that got you moving is still there when the sessions stop.

A 2015 Dominican University study found 70% of participants who sent weekly progress reports to an accountability partner achieved their goals, against 35% of those who didn't.

If you want a standing hour after that, the retainer exists for exactly that — the part nobody sells a program for: actually doing it. It's where most Proof of Concept clients go next.

05 / FIT

An honest read on whether this is for you.

This is for you if

  • You have an established career and no visible emergency, and the quiet version of the question has been running for a while
  • You want structure rather than encouragement
  • You are willing to run small experiments in real life, not just think harder
  • You know you want to make a change, but are uncertain of what that actually looks like
  • You can protect a weekly hour and a few hours of homework for three months

This isn't for you if

  • You want a résumé rewrite and a list of openings. That's a job search, and it's a different service
  • You want the answer handed to you by week two
  • What you actually need is therapy. I'll happily point you toward it, and it's a different kind of support
  • You need to move next month. Start with a single session instead
